Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: October 12, 2026
The short version: Some links on AllMountainSport are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase or booking, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This is how we keep the site free and independent.
How It Works
AllMountainSport participates, or intends to participate, in affiliate programs with outdoor retailers and travel booking services. This may include programs operated by companies such as Amazon, evo, Backcountry, and Booking.com, among others. When you click a link from our site to a retailer and complete a purchase, the retailer may pay us a percentage of the sale. The price you pay is exactly the same whether you use our link or go to the retailer directly.
Our Editorial Independence
Commissions never influence our opinions. Specifically:
- We choose what gear to review based on what's relevant to readers, not on commission rates.
- Our ratings, pros, and cons reflect our honest assessment. We publish criticisms of products we link to.
- Brands do not pay for placement in our reviews, rankings, or guides, and they don't see our content before publication.
- If we ever receive a product for free for testing purposes, we'll say so in the review.
You can read more about how we test and review gear on our About & Editorial Standards page.
Amazon Associates
As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. AllMountainSport is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program and the Amazon EU Associates Programme, affiliate advertising programs designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk. International visitors may be redirected to their local Amazon storefront.
Awin Network
AllMountainSport participates in the Awin affiliate network. "View at Head" links on our ski and binding pages are Awin tracking links to HEAD's official store, and we may earn a commission on purchases made through them at no extra cost to you. As further brand programs approve us through Awin, their storefront links will work the same way. You can read more about affiliate advertising at paidforadvertising.com.
Travel & Lodging Links
Links to hotels, lodges, and booking platforms in our destination guides may be affiliate links. Lodging recommendations are chosen for quality and value across budget ranges, never because of a commission arrangement. AllMountainSport participates in the Booking.com affiliate program via CJ Affiliate, and lodging links on this site may earn us a commission when you book through them.
